Check Out Confess, Fletch

I actually saw the original Fletch in theatres back in the 80s, and enjoyed it, so followed the talks over the last decade or so, on plans to revive the franchise.

Kevin Smith was attached to it and one point, and so was Jason Sudeikis, but neither of those actually came to fruition.

Then, earlier this year, I heard about this movie, starring John Hamm, which got me very excited for this.

So, after a limited theatrical release, it was released for purchase or rent, on September 16th, 2022.

Did I look? Like is not the right word.

And the fact that it is a different Fletch doesn’t even enter into it – John is wonderful in the part, and I highly recommend this movie.
